About e-Tradeway

During my early career, it struck me that in most organisations money disappears on the small stuff, those low cost consumable items or products that have little value on their own but can add up to a lot together.

I realised that businesses were losing time and money with people running to and from stock rooms. Then there was the time spent on paperwork and reordering, and – surprisingly often – moments when everyone had to down tools because a specific item was out of stock.

It seemed to me that there had to be a better way of managing these items.

e-Tradeway was born out of my early career in industrial consumables sales and management. It came from my belief that, by introducing better methods of managing their costs and replenishments, there was a real opportunity to make a difference to many organisations.

Since 2005, we have worked with numerous companies that use consumable items where products need to be available on a 24/7 basis or where workers are spread across one or many sites.
