e-tradeway’s internet based stock control system I-Pos (Stock Management System) fulfils your needs for control and historic tracking of the issuing of parts and consumables from your storeroom.
It answers the questions; ‘What and When?’, ‘For which job?’, ‘To which engineer?’ and this information is captured in an easy-to-use interface at the point of issue.
I-Pos can manage thousands of small parts, categorising them into groups and types. All issues and consignments are then available as a visible history on your desktop in way that can be assessed there and then or exported for further analysis.
Internal to I-Pos is its Stock Manager module that tracks present stock, stock use, replenishment levels and target stock levels.
I-Pos also offers automatic re-ordering of stock as each line reaches a chosen replenishment level.
